My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed

When we first met with Simon, the extension hadn’t been built. Between agreeing the original design and finally fitting the kitchen, we had to revisit the design several times. During fitting we made a few more small changes. But Simon worked with us to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. The fitters Jack and Matt were both so tidy and showed so much attention to detail. Any issues we had, the team worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. Fantastic service.
